4. Conditions Générales de Vente (CGV)
4.1 Nature des produits
DTPrint propose des options et accessoires imprimés en 3D pour voitures radiocommandées à l'échelle 1/5, orientées piste (on-road). Tous les produits sont fabriqués à la commande par impression 3D.
4.2 Processus de pré-commande
La soumission d'un formulaire de pré-commande sur le site ne constitue pas un engagement ferme de la part du client ni de DTPrint. Il s'agit d'une demande d'information et de réservation.
Suite à la soumission :
- DTPrint contacte le client par email pour confirmer la disponibilité, le prix définitif et le délai de fabrication.
- La commande n'est confirmée et la fabrication ne démarre qu'après accord explicite des deux parties par email.
- Aucun paiement n'est collecté en ligne. La transaction se finalise hors ligne : virement bancaire ou remise en main propre.
4.3 Prix
Les prix affichés sur le site sont indicatifs et peuvent varier selon le matériau choisi, la quantité ou des options de personnalisation. Le prix définitif est confirmé par email avant tout engagement.
4.4 Délais de fabrication
Les délais indiqués sur les fiches produit sont estimatifs. DTPrint s'engage à informer le client de tout délai supplémentaire par email.
4.5 Annulation
Une pré-commande peut être annulée par le client par email, sans frais, tant que la fabrication n'a pas démarré. Une fois la fabrication commencée, l'annulation est soumise à accord mutuel.
4.6 Responsabilité
Les produits DTPrint sont conçus pour un usage spécifique (modélisme RC 1/5 piste, habitat & DIY, outdoor & nature). DTPrint décline toute responsabilité pour un usage détourné ou non conforme aux instructions. L'impression 3D est un procédé artisanal ; de légères variations dimensionnelles sont inhérentes au procédé.
4.7 Droit applicable
Les présentes CGV sont soumises au droit français. Tout litige relève de la compétence des tribunaux français.

After submission:
- DTPrint will contact the customer by email to confirm availability, final price and production lead time.

4.3 Prices

Lead times indicated on product pages are estimates. DTPrint undertakes to inform the customer of any additional delay by email.
4.5 Cancellation

- DTPrint kontaktiert den Kunden per E-Mail, um Verfügbarkeit, Endpreis und Produktionszeit zu bestätigen.

- Es wird keine Online-Zahlung erhoben. Die Transaktion erfolgt offline: Banküberweisung oder persönliche Übergabe.
